I ordered this pan because I found a recipe that required it. I just made the chocolate tart and the pan worked well. It is non-stick and that was helpful. There were no problems with using the pan. The bottom comes out easily, very easily. But, it did not slip or cause any leakage at all. The crust cooked to perfection. Serving was easy because the entire tart lifted out of the pan. Did not work out of the box. Contacted the company's customer service. Was told I would receive another as they "stand behind their product." Never received. Long read but worth the time. Works very well. Would be nice if it was adjustable though. Blue color when you turn it on, then eventually turns to green which means warm water, if you adjust it a little hotter it turns to red. If it is flashing red, it is way too hot and not safe. If it flashes between green and red, just means it might be a little warm for some with sensitive skin. Overall, super deflated with this purchase. I bought two for a hiking trip. Luckily, we tried them out prior to trip and found out the first night we tried them that one of them would not hold air. Attempted again with same result. Decided to take the one "good one” on hiking trip and pillow would not hold air either of the two nights I used it.
