Comfy and easy to wear over layers (running in winter weather over here) and I would imagine the same ease of wear would stand over warm running or walking clothes as well. Velcro does not disappoint! Stays put. The waist or belt band clicks together so that’s awesome too. The gray reflective part seems to be changing shades a bit as I have run a few times but I don’t think that affects the reflection. This product is an absolute disaster. The instructions are impossible to follow, and the end result is anything but an improvement. The only good thing about this is that it comes with all the necessary parts. This item was super useful. I know with certainty I wouldn’t have been able to put the balloon arch together if it wasn’t for this pump. It is really loud, which I can live with. But it overheated pretty fast. Which is kind of scary when you still have to blow up more balloons. I was scared the balloons would pop in my hands. These things are as bright as advertised. It helps, of course, that they're aimed down at the ground (so light isn't disbursed), but the solar panel is larger than others I've purchased, and they seem very much brighter.
