We have several salt lamps in our home, so I am familiar with the soft orange glow that comes from them. With the light bulbs, it is the same orange light, just a bit brighter. It is dim enough to be relaxing, but not enough to fall asleep to without being a bit disturbed by the light. Wow, im very impressed. Here's why!The color green can support 50-125 lbs, im 180 lbs, im having a hard time doing pull ups. But by using this things, i can do it. I also use the color red for my biceps and triceps, works great. Thats the only two i use!Im not sure how to use it for the chest area. But still, it exceeded my expectations. This was a Christmas present for my son who has been begging for a prize crane machine (age 6). we go to the store and he picks out the pack of D batteries so excited to get home! We get home, put new batteries in, and the machine does nothing. We have it laying on its back and insert a coin. Music starts playing! I have read the reviews and several people have asked why the screws are so long. I received two boxes and have the same problem. These pulls either need to be accompanied by shorter screws, or nuts.
