Considering the cost of this item, I'd say it meets expectations. I ordered the cream and a the color is as pictured- a bit off-white, light tan. Some reviewers have complained about the products' size and it is relatively small, but I believe it is a normal size for a pouf. As for the comment that the knitting is off-center, I agree with the other reviewer that it is very easy to readjust. So these are the perfect replacement for the polaris 380 or Goby380. You will need to keep the nuts to use on these as these are the swivels only. Took off the cracked one popped this on and whammy. Perfect. No leaks and no issues with it not spinning. I checked all three out of the package to see if they turn and they all do. Got one for my husband and me both. It's nice and slim, smooth all around, and offers good day-to-day protection. I dropped my phone on a tile floor flat on the front, and there was no damage to my phone whatsoever. Whew! I use it probably once every 2 weeks, but I’m always wondering if the weight of my bag is going to make any seams rip or the handles come off.The material is not of sturdy material, so that’s the reason why I’m worried. This is works really well on our hardwood floors. With Snow, kids and dogs our floors get dirty fast and this mop handles cleaning well. The pads are thick and I can get our floors done with just one pad. Once it's dirty simply throw it in the wash and your ready to go again. The pole is nice and long a glides easily on the floors. Overall I am very pleased with this dress! I love the material and the look and the fit. I was expecting it to not fully cover my butt at all times so I got something to wear with them I'm just waiting for them to come in the mail Tuesday and I'll put a picture up in my review of how they look together. My lace hem was attached perfectly fine and I actually love the detail in the lace and on the trim of the sleeves and dress itself. It's even stretchy!
