Helped a bit with my shin splint pain. I started wearing them during my runs and for a couple hours after as well for support. They didn't heal me miraculously, which I wasn't expecting them to. Beanie is very soft, stitches are well made. To be honest I did not expect such a good quality. The only thing is it doesn’t really fir my babies head. Two big issues the color in the picture looked a lot darker than it was in person. Shortly after using it it peels back off leaving behind a white glue that's impossible to get off.
