We enjoyed this duvet for a few months but found that the zipper has broken, unable to fully zip. This had happened a few times before and we were able to get it back on track but it appears it's finally broken for good. I thought a zippered duvet cover sounded too good to be true. seems it was. I have only just received these so can't speak really speak to durability but in all other areas these are definitely a hit. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I can safely say this product is not worth the investment. While it claims to be static-resistant, I found IT actually made my hair frizzier .The design also felt flimsy and cheap. I bought this hoping to love it and I do! The ice balls are a perfect size, I can add them to my water bottle. One pic is with flash and one is without. I got brown add blonde because my hair is slightly lighter at the bottom and didn’t want to get a solid color. The color matches perfectly! I love the soft hints of caramel. The curls all go in one direction, so it’s best to curl your hair in alternating ways (out, in) with all of the top and front layers facing out. The packaging was damaged when it arrived and the contents, especially the cutters, were broken and damaged pretty badly. I had to glue it together with wood glue which helped. This product was a disappointment .Pet Supplies category has priced it much higher than its worth. My analysis of this product showed that it doesnt work well as advertised and it's difficult to install. the pros? The stainless material was a nice touch. However the cons outweigh them.
