It’s difficult to get the cover on once the foam has expanded. Mine immediately puffed up as soon as I took the plastic wrap off. I could not squeeze it into the cover. After multiple attempts I put the loose plastic back over the foam. Then I grabbed some kitchen twine swished the foam down as much as I could and tied it around the middle and each side of the foam roll. Then I squeezed it into the cover.
