I like how easy it was to set up our business with this product, we were able to do so in minutes! It has been very helpful when trying to schedule jobs as well track hours worked or even bill customers. There are many features but nothing really seems too confusing at first glance. I love that you can use it to see where your employees are at in their day, which is very helpful for me. It's also great because if there's an error or something they want changed then all of the information gets updated instantly. The best feature is that it allows me to schedule multiple clients for one project. It also has an easy to use interface, which makes it very user friendly. I was surprised how much fun this game is to play even without all its bells & whistles (which are optional). It's got some great puzzles that make you think outside your box as well! I like that Teamsight helps you manage projects with all of your team members. It allows me to keep track of my time spent, and it gives me a dashboard view from which to analyze where I'm spending the most time. I also really like that it's built-in with TFS so there isn't much else we have to purchase to be able to use this. I dislike not being able to customize some of the information within Teamsight. I enjoy that I can do my searching on Syncee, and the results appear in the same order as if I were searching on my computer. I dislike that there is no way to sort the results by price. I really like this integration with our Trello board! It's easy to use from any computer or mobile device. The best is that it can be integrated directly into your ticket tracking system so all workflows are in place at once. This makes management of tasks much easier when you have more people working on tickets across different functions/departments within an organization. I love how easy it was just drag drop stuff in there! It's very intuitive once you get used too but if that doesn't work then go into editing mode which makes things much easier than dragging/dropping objects together manually. You can also make terrains with different materials like dirt etc. There are some bugs here anthere (like when i had 2 instances of my program open at one time)but nothing major as far as functionality goes though everything works fine now. The ease of use from start to finish was very smooth! It has all been so easy with their help as well!! Very friendly team who are always willing/able ot assist in anyway possible without being pushy or difficult - this made it such an enjoyable experience working through them too. When it comes to scheduling appointments, there is nothing more frustrating than having an opening at an inappropriate time that needs to be filled. This can happen often when you rely on this software to submit your timesheets as well. Scheduling appointments would still be an issue if only the interface was more user friendly, but I think this could definitely improve. It does make things easier!
