I ordered this vest twice. The first order was for my normal size, a large. Their large has to be an XL or even bigger! I returned the vest and took a chance on ordering a medium. So far I’m very happy with my purchase! I got this due to not having a tub in the house and two small kids. We have a walk-in shower with a seat so I was not sure how well it would fit but it does the job. I just installed this product. The instructions were off as far as the starting point for adjustments. I previously installed hitches for a living so I am not a novice at this. The proper adjustments involve tilting the head. In the furthest tilt position I could not close the coupler on my trailer. After about 2 hours I finally got the adjustments as close as possible to ideal. The front of the tow vehicle (2013 RAM 1500) raises about 1/4" and the rear drops about 1 and 3/8". This 6 camera system has tons of issues.The other reviews state the HD quality is amazing. This was not at all true for us. See attached photo for the image it captured of someone driving down our driveway. The only way we got close to HD quality was to have a camera very near the base station. The attached image was from a camera about 60 feet away. Also the cameras seem to loose focus nearly constantly. It might be a range issue?Next they claim 1000 feet of range. This is false. The garment is beautiful but it's not sweatshirt material and that disappoints me. I'll not return it but I wish manufacturers who use this silky material would indicate that it's not actual sweatshirt material.
