I like that it easily fits my physique, and I am a bigger person. The heating pad works great. I find that I have to use it on the highest setting for me to feel good on my back. There are 3 settings to the heat. Low, medium, and High. I personally like high. Also, happy that this product comes with its only charger and battery pack. Because I have an obnoxious autoimmune thing, I’ve developed bruise-dark circles under my eyes. I’ve tried all the different concealers and yellow/orange primer and they’re all pretty useless for these types of circles—it makes me look a lot sicker than I really am. Does this completely cover them? No…but almost and certainly more than any of the dozen or so products I’ve tried so far. Unscrewing the taper and screwing on the end piece is difficult, but could've been because it was slippery from the lubricant I used. I might've irritated my ears by moving the piercing around while screwing, but lube helps as always. And wiggling the piercing does significantly less damage than forcing a blunt piercing in after stretching.
