The pants seem to be well made and are very comfortable. I tested how water repellent they were before and after washing and it was very good with no signs of absorbing any moisture. I typically wear a 38 waist and order a 38, which was too large. I exchanged it for a 36 and the waist and length were perfect. They didn't shrink after cool washing and hang drying. Since I only used the system once a week , I wanted to put the water filter in a temp spot that would catch any overflow if I forgot to turn the unit off. Worked like a charm and no leaks.
