I have an older shoulder immobilizer that I got in 1999 or 2000 when I had my 3rd or 4th rotator cuff injury, and it's been getting pretty worn since my hypermobile joints slip out of place fairly regularly. It's saved countless trips to the ER where they'd have just told me I was already doing everything they could have told me to do to heal it up--and the MRI techs were generally already out for the night. I LOVE these glasses but i'm afraid they may break. One hinge is way too hard to open and one is way too easy to open.
