I love kimonos and bought this based on a friend's recommendation and after reading all of the glowing reviews. I'm not sure why everyone is loving this that much. I bought the snake print and the chiffon fabric is thick and scratchy which doesn't allow it to be very flowy. Maybe it would have softened upon washing but the style is more structured. First off, you get two braces in the package.With other braces, I have always purchased the medium size because I wanted the extra support but the fabric in these is very firm with not too much give (note this is not a negative.) But when wearing it, you really feel the brace on you leg. Therefore, I would go with a size larger. I have a small space on the side of my house that needed shade and this sunshade was perfect to for it. I used two 2x2 to create taller post on my fence to attach one side to, and the other side is attached to my house trim. I'm hoping the wrinkles will release in a few days. Although beautiful at first, within a few weeks these lanterns were no longer charging. I have multiple torches and other lanterns brought during in the same time frame that are still working great.
