THE CECO Spline Installation system did not live up to its promises and ultimately was not worth the investment. While it was marketed as a quick and easy way to install 12X1 25 thread tires and wheels, the reality was quite different. The pros were that the idea was good in concept, but the cons were that the product did not work as advertised and was ultimately a waste of money...
