Very well made, rubber/domed handles are best. Wish it was slightly angled in at one end, as to be slightly easier on the wrists, but seems that none are made that way these days. I bought an ADC stethoscope many, many years ago in nursing school. It was the best scope, much better than the Littmann's all the others were using IMO. But I ended up leaving it behind at a job, and it "disappeared".
