The individual sections don’t actually lock in together well as I hoped. They swing open if you’re not careful. They also can come apart easy if you pick it up. Each tray just has an offset hole that a skinny post passes through and the tolerances are quite loose. What you get for $10 I supposeПосмотреть отзыв полностью

They are alignment sticks. They do what they are intended to do. Although mine currently have a slight bow to them but that is most likely from how I store them so I can’t deduce points for my own negligence. But I will deduce points for value. Oh my gosh! I tried to give these shoes the benefit of the doubt but after a couple of weeks, I can’t even wear them. My plantar fasciitis actually got worse wearing these shoes. The heel box is sooo hard with no padding I tried adjusting the inserts in the heels but my foot never sat right. The pain is bad just having the shoe on. 1. No instructions included.2. The adhesive was sticky, but not enough to remove the OEM button. Instead I used a small flathead.3. If you look closely in my picture, the letters are not centered like OEMOverall I’m pretty happy with it and installation didn’t take that long. So I have never tried a compression brace like this before but my foot/ankle area has been bothering me so I figured it wouldn't hurt. It is a tight fit and even though I don't feel like I am fat down there I got a large and am glad I did. Make sure you measure and size up if you are at the top of the inches for your size. I wanted compression but also able to get on and off easily, this is perfectly tight. I have worn a few days now and I notice a difference when I take it off or haven't worn.
