I like the fit of the cap. It has an elastic on the back of the cap as well as a button and string if you need to tighten it a bit more (and it stays put). I have long hair so I twist it in a bun towards the lower back of my head and the cap has space there that it doesn’t make the fit uncomfortable. If I just put them on they last about a week.I find that I get the best results when I follow these steps…-file-buff-wash hands with soap-100% Acetones to clean nails from oils-then glue on nailsI’m washing my hands constantly.
