The product arrived on time as ordered. It fit true to size chart listed. I’m a 40D and it said to order a 3XL and it fit. I will say that it is listed as high impact and I don’t feel that it is what I would consider high impact. I don’t feel it offers enough support for me for a run or for a class with jumping. I was a little surprised when I first received my beanie because that's not what it is. It has a draw string on the back, which I decided was great for when my hair is in a ponytail! The XL is a good fit if you are around 5’6” and 186-190 lbs. The cameo color looks very nice in person. My only issue is that I was looking for something longer. 2022: I use Hobonichi Techo stickers in this and I love it, full page stickers I need to cut down a bit but have yet to have an issue! The quality, size, and layouts are amazing! If I had to gripe about 1 thing it would be I'd like more note pages as I use those for bullet journal style spreads.
