This is the 2nd set of these I purchased. Originally I had bought a different brand that had zero hot liquid protection. Then I tried a set of these. they were great with hot liquid insulation! So I decided to order a 2nd set. This set came with 2 of the 4 cups damaged. Now the packaging was incredibly good so this damage was BEFORE shipping. The bulbs came well packaged and fit perfectly in my 2014 Honda Accord. The installation experience depends on how a car is designed, bulb location, how much space one has to work with, and would generally not have much to do with the bulb itself, unless the bulb's dimensions are off. Have an old Black & Decker cordless screwdriver that I have used for many years. Over those years the original batteries slowly lost the ability to keep a charge.
