Using this monitor our team found that the 165Hz refresh rate made a huge difference in gameplay, providing smooth and fluid motions. This counter was fine while it worked, but that wasn't for long. When it first malfunctioned, I called Cassida and was advised that, coins being dirty, it needed regular cleaning. Sounded reasonable, so I started doing that according to the instructions the representative put me on to. I thought that was working but it was at best a temporary fix. I replaced a similar unit that lasted 3 years under heavy use. The previous unit was not as well made and as functional. I installed this unit myself. The previous unit was professionally installed and loosened up over time. The mounting system of this unit is much better designed. We ordered 3 packs of the white bandanas for a craft at our library. At the price point, our expectations weren’t high. While opening the bandanas, we noticed the seems very very loose on a number of pieces. After washing, a number of the seems have pulled out. Also, the thread count is low and the fabric is quite thin.
