I ordered a size 18. I'm a 40DDD bra size, size 14/16 pants. I'm definitely an apple shape. The top indeed says "18W" but the bottoms say "L". The top fits GREAT! Very flattering. But I'm squeezing myself into the bottoms and I thought about ordering another to see if the bottoms came bigger but I dont want to pay the $5.99 shipping all over again. Love these!I bought these because I really don’t want to wear perfume but I do like to smell nice. These are all high quality and beautiful. I even gifted one to my friend, she loves btw.I did learn the hard way to let them soak in the essential oil for about a day before wearing.I have a small wrist and I wanted to give one to my husband but it will not fit in his large wrist. According to my experience, they fit my dog perfectly and keep him warm at night.the lightweight material is great for year-round use, and the design is adorable. These are single sided! They are meant to be used on the outside of the garment rather than the inside. If you want to fill a hole in your jeans from the inside, go with uncoated denim patches and use stitch witchery. So the size chart is weird, i got a size up from what I get in American sizes which was a 2xl I'd recommend going 2-3 sizes up if you are getting it but don't follow the chart exactly.
