The product itself isn't garbage but the customer service. Mine unbelievably came with wrong screws so that the handle rail couldn't be attached onto the body. ( The enclosed screws are Imperial but the thread holes on the body are Metric ). I've contact with the customer service many times, told them about Imperial/Metric issue. Disappointed this wasn't better quality. I had to hot glue leaves and flowers before I could give as gift. Mounted on a cheap plastic ring with battery compartment but could not get it to light. Don't see any lights in ribbon. Other wreath choice by this company has lights so think they use same ring for both to mount either turkey wreath or fall leaves lighted wreath. Great idea, but low quality. I had two of the four that I ordered strip during use and I did not over tighten and it was a nightmare to cut them out of my newel post. I have used this several times on my hunting and overland trips. It is pretty dang comfortable and incredibly easy to set up. Slept like a baby every time! the only thing that kinda sucks is seems like a part of the netting seems to be coming apart! If my theory is correct I will definitely be back to update my review.
