I was hoping that I would be able to push the metal tab out of the insulator and run it up the cable a few inches and solder the metal tab just as a reinforcement of the installation of the tab but you cant. So, what you do is crimp it super tight and then heat shrink the cable and disconnect together and that makes the wire and disconnect inseparable.
