Directions to put this together are terrible. Definitely not for people who use directions for everything. Very vague. ALOT of little parts. I live in Texas and took up running toward the end of last spring. Last summer, the runs weren't long enough to need anything like this. Through the coldest part of the winter, I survived runs up to 12 miles by carrying a water bottle. But I never like having to carry something the whole time. I have fine, thin hair in a bob. Usually hats make my ears stick out through my hair. I have a pretty average head and this fit loose enough to not make my ears stick out!
