The seller reached out to make sure I got the key chain. After replying letting them know I got it they told me they put an 18 month warranty on my key chain if I ever have problems with the product. This provides a nice feeling of compression, but does not actually do anything to the figure. If it came in a smaller size fit would probably do more, or if the cross over portions had more UMPH to their constriction, it may work. This essentially fit like a full body bathing suit for me and didn’t complete the job. Absolutely love this hair! I got #30 which is the perfect light brown with a little bit of a reddish tone (matches my natural auburn color perfectly). I have very sensitive skin, so I did wash this hair in apple cider vinegar before getting it installed. However, none of the bad white stuff appeared, so I probably would have been good to skip the ACV soak. The amount of hair you get is such a great value! This is a sturdy acrylic display frame. What I like the best is the powerful magnets it has to hold the two pieces together - I've had other acrylic frames that have four little screws in the corners. Screws will damage a picture or you have to trim the picture. The magnets don't cause any damage if the picture doesn't fit exactly inside the magnet perimeter. The box arrived a little battered but all the parts were in good condition. Compared to other items I have had to assemble, this was a piece of cake - it took me about and hour and a half to complete. The instructions are very simplistic and I had to figure out that the wooden pegs for the center row of shelf pieces marked "C" go through a longer board marked "D" to attach to the next "C" piece.Once assembled, the organizer is attractive and provides good storage space.
