After trying this product, i can confidently say that it is a complete waste of money. The installation process was a nightmare, and the performance was even worse .The switch was glitchy and did not respond well to my inputs, making the overall driving experience frustrating. So my only real complaint is that this faucet does not have a pull-handle for a drain connection. I bought this for an old sink with one hole - and I wanted to match the original style as much as possible. The options are limited. We had a water leak at our church that didn't get caught in time before any damage was done! And due to the fact that no one is at the church but twice a week we've been cutting the water supply until we have service!
