Absolutely worthless. The "arch" just flattened out as soon as I stepped on it. It did not do anything for my flat feet and did nothing to neutralize my knock knee stance which is what im looking for. I love this dress! It's very comfortable and has a bit of stretch to it. It's a very lightweight sort of silky material, it's great for warmer temperatures like spring and summer. The pockets are wonderful, my phone can fit in them. I'm 5'4 and it's a bit long on me, but I don't step on it (unless I'm climbing stairs). I'd say the length would probably fit anyone between 5'4 and 5'7. Maybe someone shorter if they wear high heels. I bought this hoop skirt for my 8 yr old daughter who loves "poofy” dresses. It’s a little bit on her, but I did that purposely so it would fit a few years. We just roll it up at the waist alittle.
