The product is easy to use. The cold pack fits nice in the sleeve. I used it when i went to mow the lawn (put it around my neck) and it kept me really cool. It lasted (in 95 degree weather with a big man) about 45 minutes outside before I needed to re-freeze it, but the sleeve allows for some other small ice packs to fit in it as well. I really like this table but came in damaged twice. First time found out the damaged when installing it. Returned it and reordered. Second one didn’t even reach our home. It was damaged upon arriving the carrier facility and got rejected therefore our order was canceled. The table is good quality, easy to assemble and easy to fold and roll away, however the packaging is not good hence damaged both time during shipment. How can I get an un-damaged table? I purchased this XLR cable expecting great sound quality for my home audio system .However, I was thoroughly disappointed. Electronics in the cable interfere with the sound, causing static and distortion. After I put it TO the test by comparing it to my previous cable, the difference in sound quality was negligible. The product is great had to return first one because it came without the dongle and was missing the battery. Return was a bit of communication between amazon the vendor and back to amazon. The only downside is the function key has no light and can be a pain to find in the dark esp since you have to hit the f2 key to turn the backlight on. After trying this product I was extremely disappointed.The magnetic alignment did not seem to work properly, causing my phone to stop charging multiple times.
