Very impressed with this product and I’ll definitely order again. The whole bar made 2, 12 oz bottles for me. I don’t like my lotion too thick. At a medium consistency, it absorbs quickly and feels nice. The texture was great, and while missing I was surprised how good the consistency was. Definitely separate the triangles and only melt one at a time. I did the whole bar and ended up needing to use the microwave to get some of the chunks to melt. I got this for the biting nats. But all it did was leave a greasy residue that had dirt sticking to it like crazy. did nothing to keep the flys or nats from bothering the horses. In general, this film has a decent finish and goes down smoothly. It's also easy to lift and re-position if you mess up. Unfortunately, the film has irregularities on the roll edges, so in my attempt to apply it as a wide center "stripe" to shower doors using the roll's full width, there were little non-sticking voids on top and bottom (the roll's factory edges), up to about 1/8 inch.
