I put a small amount on my face and then added warm water. It lathered up and I gently rubbed it all over my face and neck.Then I rinsed it off. It cleaned my face very gently then my face felt incredibly soft after I towel dried it. It had a subtle, pleasant scent, too.This is a thousand times better than any soap I ever used on my face. If you look at the picture, there are plants on all the shelves.They must be plastic plants, because the shelves will not support any weight what so ever. I am 5'1 and 117 lbs. I bought the size small. Its hard to put on and it fits tight on me which is a good thing. Its suppose to be tight. I've only worn it twice so far. once I was sitting down for a long time (which i don't recommend because it felt like i could not deep breathe). I think you need to wear this when your are moving around. the second time i went for a walk and it felt better. Great product. My dog loves these. He is obsessed with food and will eat just about anything. He is limited to one of these treats a day and will stand by the refrigerator (I keep these on top of the refrigerator) when it's time for one of these. And there he stands until he gets a piece.
