I don't have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. I bought this to help realign my neck vertebrae.I sleep with my head propped up, so my head is tilted forward all night long. I was looking for an alarm clock with top controls and usb ports and this had both. The controls are large and easy to use even with your eyes closed! The clock is very light so with your phone and charger plugged in, the clock is too light to stay in place so it needs to be readjusted frequently. The numbers are a little dated looking in design, kind of an 80's throwback. The choice of alarms is nice, I picked the sound of birds with zen like music. The waist and length are perfect but the fit around the hips and rear is a bit poofy. I have wider than average hips and was surprised how roomy and baggy they were. The Eurivicy Women's Short Sleeve Henley Tee is cool and super comfortable. The fabric is a nice lightweight, great for summer wear. The raglan sleeves are a classic look. This top is shorter than most tees but a convenient length. The only negative is the "Pink" color top I ordered for my wife is actually more a light coral color - nice color, just not a true pink I expected.
