Where as the gloves seemed to be good quality, I had to return them. I ordered xxl, and the packaging was marked xxl, but they were way to small. I recommend customers order a size larger than they usually do, as this product seems to run small. The plug works on my label maker (make sure you check the model it fits). It turns on just fine when plugged it but I just don't know if it's supposed to actually fully "charge" my label maker or just make it turn on.
