Poloniex is an exchange with a long history of working reliably, if sometimes a bit slowly. The interface feels out of date, but is reasonably clean and professional looking. There have been all kinds of issues like deposits not showing up and withdrawals taking too long, but generally these are handled in a reasonable timeframe.
