Poloniex is for only advanced traders.Althought they have a lot of altcoins and volume, their site is slow and there isn't enough support for users.Poloniex is one of the best exchanges in the world but there are some way to go.For example they may create a more understandable site for beginners. my experience with Poloniex is in overall Good, withdrawls are fast & secure , also they have a good support team .
