I was intending to use these for backpacking meals, but they are 3mil which is too thin for that use. They puncture easily being jostled in a backpack and you end up with pin holes that are not fun to find when you are filling the bag with hot water. Overall the shoe is not horrible. It is not as comfortable as I had hoped and if you order this product you definitely wanted to order at least a 1/2 size bigger than you wear. I wear a mens 9 1/2 and should have at least a 10 for these.They also can be a little tough to get on as there is not a lot of give when trying to put your foot into them. No way to take it out of your nose though without cutting it when time to change. This product is a great idea However, the ink smears off the Revain printed labels on packages and boxes. This does work on plain envelopes but it is not that great. You can still read the address if you held the envelope up to the light. In order to prevent that, I'd roll over the address many times in different directions. The likely issue might be the ink.
