I normally wear a large and the chart said XL so that’s what I got and it was perfect. So I would say this is made on the smaller side. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase for the money. I bought it in red and my husband even said how cute it was. I saw posts saying you couldn’t wear a strapless bra but you can. I think I might go order another color. You can dress this up or down. I have somewhat weak wrists and need support when doing burpees or free weights. I have a pair before that had a slightly thinner wrist wrap section and slightly shorter fingers which I would prefer, but these were the closest thing I could find in comparison.What I love:Wrist support! This sweatshirt is very warm and would be comfortable except the sizes are far from accurate. I wear a large but I bought a XXL since it would be going over another shirt. The XXL is very snug without having another shirt on underneath it and I got it on sale and if I returned it I'd have to pay the original price seeing how it wasn't on sale anymore so that's BS. I don't like tennis ball packed in a plastic tube, so I really like that these come in a reusable cardboard box.Something I have to declare that I am not using these to actually play tennis with,honestly I bought these as self-treatment tools for folks to roll and rub their feet, hips, back, etc on to release tension and restore proper muscle tone.
