I read another review before buying these that the heel cups had irritated the skin after some use. I have had similar issues with the silicone watch bands so I decided to use these over my socks.They do help cushion the heel and my pain has decreased with use.But! They want to slide off when trying to put my shoes on and make my shoes feel tight after a few hours. I also tried them with some slip-on shoes but they definitely do not stay on my heel. They are nice and I like the look. There’s a good amount of storage in the stroller and decent maneuverability.My biggest complaint is with the car seat. This stuff works great, however there is one small detail I didn't quite understand when I purchased. Sunlight is an absolute necessity when using this to make repairs. I thought sunlight was just an accelerator, not a requirement. So, make sure when you are ready to use, you have a nice clean surface and know exactly where you want to apply it. Seems like all the other 1/4 tubes. Be careful though. This product has a noticeable shine to it, compared to the dull finish on the others. I am using this product in AZ. It is more elastic than the others, and in the extreme heat and sun it stretches. So much so, the water pressure blows the hose off of the T's or in-line fittings.
