I first had an issue with the delivery of the product (it never made it), but the customer service reps were pretty nice and helped me get new ones without extra charge, even though it wasn’t their fault that the package didn’t make it.I bought the 2 pack. One of the chairs isn’t leveled and wobbles/teeters a lot. I had to add sticky foam tape to the back leg so it could be level with the floor. I bought this product in order to watch movies while in the shower I used it tonight and it was literally life changing lol I was able to watch Netflix while showering ! Oh my goodness, these socks are so soft! I ordered based on others recommendations and I'm glad I trusted the people. ha! Super soft, SUPER cute.
