I really want to like this product. It sets up easily and the software is very user friendly. That being said, it is not 1080P, it is 1080N, big difference. The unit doesn't recognize the hard drive. I checked it and the connections were good. I wrote to customer support with no reply. I contacted Best Buy and they don't replace the item. I've purchased this item to install a new banister/rail. It seemed very easy to install from the videos I've seen but when I received the product it Was rusted and oxidized. I was hesitant to use it because of that issue alone but decided to give it a shot anyway. The instructions was not clear at all and after some time tinkering with the bolt itself (lubricated because of the oxidation). Such a pretty necklace and durable. The necklace isn’t made of string so it makes it sturdy when putting on and clasp is good quality too. I’ve had other necklaces made with beads and pearls with them breaking easily due to the string and clasp being made of not such good quality parts. I love that this one will last a long time!
