If you are collecting anything under 10g of wax dont use this, just use a tool with a small head so you dont struggle to not lose any product. I purchased this back in October, along with the Schroeder, Lucy and Snoopy of similar make. The part of the unit that looks like a music book, which attaches to Charlie Brown broke off when I attempted to attach it. I tried using glue to fix it but it didn't work. This item was pretty costly, for what it is. That it is made so flimsily is beyond disappointing to me. The pictures on it are clear; the colors and images aren't distorted at all and washing it in cold or hot water, either one, was fine. So, I read a lot of bad reviews about the batteries being an issue for some. The way we utilize the buttons and receivers, we have had 0 issues. We leave each button in a central location where they are always at, because if they are moving we are with them. So, this has been a life saver, and so easy to get use to using. Very nice buy! We had an issue with the pump connecting cord working intermittently. We contacted Tespo and they responded promptly and professionally in solving our problem. We received a new pump and the cat fountain works great! We love this fountain! We can see when the water level gets low on water (we replenish with ice cubes). This fountain is silent! I ordered a medium and I have about 17 to 17.5 inches. It feels rather tight. I suppose it is that way in order to work. I can't walk or bend my knee well for that matter. I'm trying to use it. I don't want to waste my money and buy a large. Also, I feel a hole for the patella would be better. It bunches up there and it seems pointless to have material there.
