I bought these in black and liked them so much I got them in another color. They are a flattering cut at the leg and the wide waistband does not cut in or create a bulge (does not offer tummy control). They are fully lined. If you're between sizes I'd suggest sizing down.I deducted one star because the fuchsia color faded in the pool on the first wear. Okay this skirt is SO CUUUUTE! I’m 5’0, 110lbs and ordered an XS. It’s fits great! Even comes with drawstrings on the inside in case you need to tighten it more (wasn’t needed for me). The length hit a little lower than mid thigh. It’s also super comfortable and can be worn all day without feeling constricted.Only slight downside is my hips kind of bubble out below my waist, so it’s a little unflattering in that sense.
