Wow! I bought four for Christmas presents last year, and they are really good. It shipped right on time and was packaged in one of those bubble wrap envelope things. The locket closure is tight and they don't open when they're not supposed to. The hinge itself doesn't open all the way, but it gives you plenty of room to work with your charms. I got this as a gift for my dad who has a bad back and getting up there in age, and he likes it! There is some weight (not much) around the shoulders and it was easy for him to turn on and sit on the couch. The heat doesn’t go up too high like others, so there isn’t a slow burn.He’s around 6ft tall, so those little squares heating pads don’t really work for him; but this does! This "Hanukkah Window Piece" was a huge disappointment in my Home and Kitchen. Through trial and error, I found that it just won't stick to my window. Overall the luggage seems okay. The wheels spin well (even on carpet) and the handles work well. I haven't had a chance to travel with it yet. The plastic seems a little thin, but I'm sure once the luggage is full it will bend less. I'm disappointed with the color. In the picture, the color looks more like a dark plum/violet color and the color in person is a bright purple, which gives it more of a juvenile appearance.
