I originally bought this dress in a medium, but found it a bit too tight and clingy for my taste in this style of dress. For reference I am 5'5", 130# with a pretty average build. Not as streamlined as I was 20-30 years ago, though, so if you're the same stats but in whip-shape, or you DO prefer fits-like-glove, then I'd say this fits true to size and you're safe going that route. I love my floral green, red, black and beige dress. It was was a great fit for my upper body, with my 3x size. However, the bottom of the dress was too tight to go beyond my waist. The bins are really attractive looking. They seem really durable, and I really like having the liner on the inside so I can put one in the guest bathroom and be able to wash out the inside after. The size was a little smaller than I expected (see normal sized 13 pound cat for reference), but I didn’t really pay attention to the dimensions when ordering.
