I Couldn't get a hold of the support. Once I got my hair delivered it was super easy to assemble btw I realized the right arm rest would not lock into a raised position which was kind of upsetting until I sat in the chair and realized I would be most comfy with it down anyways. This photo album is actually high quality especially for how it’s priced! Seems very durable and the album on its own has a nice look in white, but I chose to decorate it for my niece’s Baptism.
