i would put this on and loose myself in thought and sleep in the middle of a hot drive in Florida and i can tell you i saw no sun and it didnt make me feel sweaty but it was very soft and fit very nice. Product is pretty good and works like its supposed to. I'm 5'7 @ 185lbs and the vest is pretty snug, just how I wanted it. It took me a few days to get used to it with normal wear around the house. I'm not too sure about how it looks underneath a shirt and wearing it out.its kind of bulky wearing it like that. But at home I would wear it with a tank top over it to do yard work and stuff.
