It has great qualities of a D ring to clip things onto it, a bungee part that helps with pulling and makes it more comfortable for the dog and my arm, it has a seatbelt attached to use in the car, and a carabiner that attached to their harness/collar with 360 movement. I have been looking for something (besides deodorant) that has the Freesia scent so when I found essential oil made by Esslux I ordered it right away. I have pets so I don't use my diffuser for any oils but lavendar, but I put 2-3 drops of Freesia essential oil on a cotton ball and it makes whatever room I put it in smell good, and so far the fragrance seems to last an acceptable length of time. I was told my flower girl was around 45” which is why I chose the 44”. It seems to me to be on the larger side considering she is 45” there is a good inch or two that will be dragging.
