I've had this unit for about 2 weeks now and love it. Always trying new recipes. Chicken Rotisserie works great. Takes 45 minutes to cook and chicken is not dry. The most difficult part of this recipe is putting the chicken on the skewer. :) Coconut Shrimp came out great and better than any restaurant. Wings took a little longer than the recipe called but was worth the extra time. Chicken fell off the bone and was great. Keens usually fit her well, and these are no exception. These are easy for kids to put on and take off on their own. The soles don't mark the floor.
