We have a very small bathroom and I didn’t want a wall hook for fear of hitting it when we walk in so this is perfect! Our shower is high so no chance of hitting it plus it matches the colors. My wife has mobility issues and needs to work on walking and leg strength. Most treadmills did not fit her specific needs. I found some that did but they were $$$$$$. This model has a long tread with great hand rails. It also runs as slow a 0.2 MPH. It comes in two boxes and the main box is particularly heavy, so you may need help with putting it together. One is under a desk, and not the desk where the keyboard and monitor are, the other is a Surface Studio where all the USB connections are in the back. The only thing that bugged me about bulk resize photos was not being able to preview the pictures before they were uploaded. This isn't too much an issue, but still could be solved if you wanted to.
