First, please read the directions. It cracks me up how many dunces don't follow the VERY simple directions, then complain about something that would not exist if they had used what little brains they may or may not have! I purchased several of the V2 smart dimmers direct from Belkin/Wemo. The new edition may add Thread support, but the UX of these switches is now probably the worst in the business. The V1 model used an LED indicator to show the dimming level of the lights and allowed you to slide your finger to set a dimming level. The new version has no visual indicators, and also doesn't allow for sliding to choose the light level.
