I didn't realize it came with a little scrub shirt and hat! She is 3 yrs old, a size 6-7 shirt and very thin and this is a roomy top. I love it. The gadgets are adorable. The stethoscope makes a heart beat noise, there is even a lighted mirror thing for "open up and say ahh". She loves it!
